At ARD ALSHAHAMA PORTAL, we strive to ensure a smooth experience for our users. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellations are allowed within 4-8 hours of placing the order. Orders that have already been processed or shipped may incur a cancellation fee. Our standard cancellation fee is AED 35.
If the order is shipped, the customer may be responsible for shipping charges and a restocking fee if applicable.
If an order is canceled within the allowed time, we will initiate a refund within 7-8 business days. The refund will be processed back to the original payment method used. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take additional days for the refund to reflect in your account. Note that any transaction fees charged by the customer’s bank will be the customer’s responsibility.
Refunds for cash payments will require the customer to provide bank details for processing.
If you receive a product that is damaged in transit, please reach out to us immediately. Customers can request an exchange by contacting us at the email or phone number provided on our website. You must provide an image or video of the damaged product when filing the complaint.
